Face The Music has announced yet another round of speakers, making Victoria’s tenth annual industry summit a mammoth event next month.

Attendees can now expect to hear the wise words of Cheryl Waters, the host of The Midday Show on 90.3 FM KEXP Seattle and On-Air Events Coordinator. She’s responsible for booking KEXP’s diverse roster of live in-studio performances, and is one of America’s most engaging music interviewers.

Other new speakers include the minds behind the women-focused music history doco Her Sound, Her Story, Claudia Sangiorgi Dalimore and Michelle Grace Hunter, Beyond the Valley director Nick Greco, The Go-Betweens drummer and social activist Lindy Morrison, independent artist and music director Yeo, and that’s just to name a few.

This year will also provide standout performances, including the latest addition to the Milk! Records family member Hachiku, who will be opening up the conference, experimental heavy act Party Dozen and chill rock band The Ocean Party.

They’ll be joining highlight speakers and artists Ariel Pink, Marky Ramone, Anika Mottershaw, and Bjørn Pfarr.
