Vivid Ideas is back as part of this year’s Vivid Sydney festivities, filled with panels and workshops that aim to broaden your mind, and fill you with the inspiration and ideas needed to reach those goals that you may have previously thought unreachable.

One of the programs featured as part of this year’s vast array of panels and workshops was ‘Pathway To Platform’. The panel, presented by Music Love, intended to capture the collective experiences, stories, and insights by women who work in the Australian music industry to help make it one of the best in the world.

The 90 minute panel discussion featured a number of panelists, including Vicki Gordon, Jacqui Louez Schoorl, KLP, Shefali Pryor and Dr Rita Crews OAM. Intriguing, insightful, and at times mesmerising, ‘Pathway To Platform’ managed to give inspiring insights into role of women in the music industry, and hopefully may have inspired a few other women in the audience to focus their future career goals on the Aussie music industry in the future.

Take a look at the full presentation below, and become inspired by the stories shared by these strong, industrious women in the Aussie music industry.
