Paisley Music & Media is a growing boutique agency specialising in partnerships, content creation, marketing and social media management for music festivals, events, artists and talent. We are looking for an energetic person ready to hit the ground running and join our office four days a week in Surry Hills, Sydney.
What are we looking for?
This role is open to graduates only, from a marketing or entertainment management qualification, and have a good understanding of relationships, brands and strategy. You understand partnerships (a.k.a. sponsorships) in the music industry, and are comfortable working both in an office and on site at festivals.
You’re structured in your approach, take initiative and have an intuition for relationship management. Organisation and lists are your jam! You are adaptable and receptive to feedback, enthusiastic and accountable, and most importantly, you can laugh at yourself!
What will you be doing?
You will be assisting with day to day operations in the Paisley office, and working closely with our tight knit team across our growing festival and brands portfolio. You will be assisting mostly with implementation and activation, and office management. During festivals you will be travelling with the team and joining us on site. We’re seeking someone with a good grasp of Word/Powerpoint/Excel, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox and all social media platforms.
This position is a contract position, four days a week working 10am-6pm with a future option to move into a permanent full time role. You will be required to supply your own computer but everything else is taken care of.
