Reporting to the HR Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Advisor to join a close-knit hr team in its fun and vibrant head offices in Sydney.

The role is an initial 6 month fixed term role with a view to permanency

We are dedicated to delivering firsts in entertainment solutions with the ability to reach 95% of Australians through our radio, TV and digital channels.  
 
In this key role you work as part of a team to provide high quality HR advice, support and solutions to the group. 
 
You will be confident in delivering a range of generalist functions such as performance management, industrial relations, HR policies, induction, as well as be involved in specialist HR projects to support the achievement of our people strategy. Working in a fast-paced environment, we need an agile, self-motivated and resilient HR professional.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • HR qualification with approx. 4-5 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • A strong background in performance management and disciplinary matters
  • Experience in the development and implementation of HR policy and projects  
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to relate to all people at any level
  • Results driven and delivery focussed with excellent project management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work well both alone and as part of a team.
